Ms. Brown is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a dual Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University and Rehabilitation Counseling from South Carolina State University. She has a combination of over 10 years of experience in providing rehabilitative and mental health counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Ms. Brown has worked with EAP referrals as well as those who were court-ordered for treatment. Ms. Brown utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic counseling techniques to help individuals cope with symptoms related to various disorders to include: anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma and dual diagnoses. Ms. Brown provides a therapeutic and safe environment to help individuals process and overcome their life challenges, helping them to live a more productive life.
